From Dave and Lee

Hello everyone,We are not sure how this will work, but we want to be included in the family website somehow. We are having computer problems, so don't write us off yet.I thought I would fill you in a little on the family.
We are not sure who is coming to the reunion yet, will let you know later on. So far everyone still has their jobs, but as you know it's getting tough out there.
Missy and Jared seem to be doing o.k. Jared has gotten as tall as his mother! Missy is still working for John Muir Hospital. She has changed her last name back to Marquardson, so please address her mail as so. Also, she is now the proud owner of an Aprilia Sportscity 250 Scooter and loves it. She is so cute in her florescent orange jacket and big white helmet.
Terri and Bill and family are doing well. Terri still has her job, but many there have been let go. This of course makes her job harder and busier. Bill just finished duck season, but wasn't a good one this year. He has a new toy hauler and is looking forward to family outings. He's still working hard at Bay Cities Warehous.
Billy and his fiance, Crystal are having babies. Yes, that's right babies. Twins. The twin girls are due the end of this month or April. They plan to get married next spring. Do we feel old?? Now we are great grandparents and Terri and Bill are Gma and Gmpa as well. Their oldest daughter, Jamie is still cutting hair and doing well. Cassandra is 16! She is the proud owner of a yellow bug volkswagon! She saved and knew exactly what she wanted. They found a used one in LA that is like new. Kylie is hunting with her Dad. She is the proud owner of a pink camoulflage rifle we all gave her for her birthday. Of course it has to be pink! She will be graduating from 8th grade this year. Chelsea is still our sweet happy little girl as always with the same little giggle. She is also a proud owner.....of a cute little hamster.
Lana and Henry are still employed and keeping busy with their children as well. Their oldest, Alyssa is still going to school in San Diego. But, she has been layed off from her job like much of the rest of the world. Justin will graduate this year! Yikes! He's not sure where he wants to go to school. Maddie is still doing gymnastics and flitt'n all over the place like a rubber band. Ethan gets to go to pre school and also in gymnastics now and still plugs in to someone by holding onto their ears when he gets tired.
Dave still works with the Contra Costa Times. They have layed off alot, so we just wonder how long he'll have his job. It is a huge struggle for him every day and mentally exhausted when he comes home. Lee is still doing the same thing she's done day after day for 3 years. My Father is amazing. He has such a strong will to live. I won't be coming to the reunion this year because of his condition. But Dave will be there for sure.We believe that Terri, Bill and family and Missy are coming, but not sure about Lana and Henry yet. All are looking forward to seeing everyone. Definately will ask the girls to take plenty of pictures. Grandma and Grandpa feel older everytime we see our grandchildren which averages about once a month for a family gathering. We are so blessed to have a family that wants to stay close to each other no matter what our differences and personalities are. We certainly are all different in so many ways!
Will close for now. Not sure how often we will write for the blog, but will try. Let us know the best way to do this.
Love to all, Uncle Dave and Aunt Lee
